Unsure it was cancelled but the ending to the fight feels like it was rushed hard. For a final boss it ended way too fast, and unlike vs Aizen it didn’t feel good at all. At least the epilogue was open ended with the kids getting powers, that was cool.

As much as I dislike Bleach’s ending, I do admit that it was at least trying to tie up the series

Toriko’s ending, on the other hand, was devoted almost entirely to pointless exposition and world-building that neither gave proper context to past events nor set up future ones because obviously there’s nothing more to foreshadow

So...they’re both terrible, but in completely different ways

I mean, I’d believe it, and it would certainly put how poor the ending was in perspective, but I’d also believe that Kubo would think that was the right way to end it.
