The lions in the Kruger National Park in South Africa left the head and only a few remains.

Getting better
Traced the root of my problems and it was lack of sleep i googled the negative effects of it and it was exactly what is going on with me.....low energy, easily irritable, changes in the body and brain.....i have had SEVERE lack of sleep so my case is pretty bad but I'm working on it and once i get about a weeks worth of good rest I'll be back to normal
The talk is happening in an hour. Please pray for me!
A well-defined problem is half solved.

This is fantastic news: Facebook has released official support for using its platform as a commenting system on Websites and blogs. It's a great option to have in addition to Disqus and Intense Debate, which I am also a big fan of for some of the same reasons.
There is massive opportunity here to boost accountability across the Web and stamp out general internet jackassery. These commenting platforms can all help alleviate the actual symptoms that have caused this terrible trend of Websites that gag their visitors.
When people have something to lose, or are in actual danger of getting caught doing something cruel or malicious, there is a much better chance that they'll stop acting like assholes.
