I'm actually really happy with Peter Capaldi. One of my worries was that they were going to keep getting younger and younger actors, so it's quite a relief to see that that's not the direction they're going in after all. As for everybody worrying about Clara/Doctor, I can still see it as a ship even with 12. If nothing else, they can be besties like 10 and Donna which I would be absolutely ecstatic for. :)
Yeah, at first I was a bit taken aback, because I was expecting someone else, and even though I will be devastated with Matt leaving, I can honestly say I am very happy with the casting choice! Hm, yeah there was definitely a pattern about age, I was thinking he would get younger and younger, lol. Oh yeah, thank you so much for typing that, I feel the same way about Whouffle. I can definitely see it happen, but if it doesn't I would also be happy to see a best friend sort of thing, like with Donna, but hopefully they don't end it that way. :/
