It’s the times when life hands people the worst, unfair tasks where the most memorable, important stories are made. Every hero that meant something to us came from something inescapable and futile.

ppl always say “how can squishy look so hot & manly here” or smth and i could never find a way to explain the sexyness vs the cuteness till now. cause i mean i don’t think he’s essentially a ‘squishy’ nor a sexy person, there are many sides to him that different situations can bring out. i’ve noticed that he's usually in a very calm and neutral mood with like a masculine aura to him (which is more or less how the other members always describe him) and he gets ‘squishy’ when he’s being silly/embarrassed/happy and sexy when he’s in like a photoshoot or MV but not everyone’s bound to find him cute/sexy so that’s where people disagree. what’s cute/sexy to some people might not be to others.

i personally find him cute sometimes but not adorable in like a ‘squishy’ way but i find his body and behavior really hot so he’s usually sexy to me even when he’s being dorky or creepy.

Some Extra Thoughts on “The Last Chimera”

“You’ll heal”

I found this short line to be so powerful.  It was Stiles very subtle way to expressing his utter lack of care for Scott and his werewolf “secret”.  In this moment their bind of friendship was severed with Stiles’ lifelong loyalty to Scott expiring.  On top of this, it is another declaration of Stiles’ inner feeling of inadequacy as a human and not an indestructible supernatural creature.  Scott can heal from both physical and emotional wounds much faster than any human.  Whereas Stiles is left to heal naturally; slowly, feeling every moment of the often painstaking recovery.  

From Scott’s perspective he is not only shocked by this violent outburst but physically confronted by the dire results of his incompetence as not only an Alpha but a friend, a brother.  You can see the look on his face (0:13) -  he is literally paralyzed by the realization that he has failed Stiles so horribly that he is being attacked for it.

“…Scott was barely an Alpha anymore, nevermind a True Alpha.  This disheartening reality was only made more demoralizing by the realization that his sidekick/right hand man/loyal friend/brother was none of that anymore.  Stiles tackles Scott at the hospital and in that moment there was a shift.  A shift not only in how this season will go on from that moment but a shift in their relationship.  Never have they fought.  They have disagreed, they have argued but never fought.  For Stiles to have reached a point where he felt the need to physically attack the friend who has been by his side his entire life means that coming back from this loss of trust may be impossible.  Even if they make it past this “break up” their relationship will never be what it once was.

Scott and Stiles (Tyler Posey and Dylan O’Brien) share a look after they are picked up from the floor.  It is a look that is only shared between strangers.  Scott was both deeply hurt and disappointed in himself that his best friend attacked him screaming “Where were you?!”  While Stiles looked at this animal that he once called his brother.  They were both unrecognizable versions of each other – Scott was weak and ashamed and Stiles was broken and vengeful: characteristics never once used to describe these two friends.”
