but my ankle strength is not back to the point where running is in the cards for me. i'm doing yoga at school and am going to get back to weight training. my ankle may never be right again; i don't know. MRIs aren't covered by national insurance in Korea; i can't afford to pay for one out of pocket to see if I need some other care. big bummer. the orthopedist insists i'm just going to have to take the necessary recovery time with patience or continue to re-injure myself. i just want to get back to football every week. i miss being able to play as much as i was until the injury. i need that exercise.
have to get the bloat out with other cardio--and for a few weeks, i'm staying away from rice and pizza and beer and etc. sad.
