If you ever consider getting a weighted blanket for anxiety but you're also claustrophobic/run warm I suggest a Sherpa Comforter. I got one. And it has changed my life. It's thick so it feels weighted but it's also light. Its great for me because I have anxiety but I am claustrophobic so having too much weight on me or around me freaks me out. (Aka the reason why I hate hugs.) So if you are like me get a Sherpa Comforter. It's not as weighted as an anxiety weighted blanket but it is amazing.
