First one! And sorry for the confusion. Business professional is like a full suit/pant suit/dress whereas casual is like a skirt/slacks etc. but still fits the workplace dress code and isn’t too casual (so jeans are usually out but capri pants are ok

ah it’s ok and thanks!! tbh i was just confused because like that’s what i THOUGHT it meant but they changed our dress code around 800 times at nordia and called it either of those things so like ???? sometimes we had to wear dress pants/skirts and sometimes we were in jeans and they just kept calling it “business casual” lmao

I’m going to a speech therapist for mine but it still comes out when I’m angry now.

i was supposed to go to one in middle school but it never happened ???? i just learned to self adjust because it got pointed out a lot and i was super fucking self conscious about it tbh
