I'm looking for a fic I read a while back. It's about Clint when he just joins shield. (It's either sub/dom verse or omegaverse, I don't remember which, sorry!) sub/omega!Clint has trouble kneeling/submitting for doms/alphas, and coulson promises that shield is up to date on sub/omega rights, and nobody'll make him kneel. However, on an op with another handler, his handler makes him kneel for a long time. This pisses coulson off, and he deals with it. It's probably on AO3. Do you recognize it?

Another follower suggested S.H.I.E.L.D. - Service for Homing Injured Entities Lacking Dominants by Signe_chan, but we don't believe that is correct. It's an AU where SHIELD is a shelter for abused omegas and there is no suggestion that Clint or any of them go on ops at all.
