When I was moving away from Seattle my friends all came together and made this huge wind chime for me. Each strand was made by one of them and had a goodbye letter hanging at the end of a strand of beautiful beads. And I remember I just kind of sat and cried with them before I left but I was so happy I had them c:

I'm so stressed all the time that it kind of turns into pent-up anger and rage and it makes me worry that I'm gonna accidentally hurt someone? That makes me sound completely insane, I'm sorry. I don't think I would hurt anyone; I'm like the biggest cinnamon roll ever most of the time. I just need to find an outlet for the stress and I really don't know how to do that.

I totally understand feeling that way, thats a completely valid way to feel! I know a lot of people who struggled with that kind of stress. I was having a little bit of trouble with this my freshman year and so my sophomore year I picked up kickboxing, seriously its an amazing stress relief and totally worth teh work to punch the shit out of a pad after a hard week <3

i have 2 teachers that like to call on ppl randomly+when they call on me i can't put together my words bc that's how my brain is?? (i'm selfdx autistic) + i have a teacher who's letting me re-do a presentation i failed but i have a huge written project due for her tomorrow+it's not done+i feel like i'm letting her down / school has me so stressed+taking a break means getting more behind sry tmi

No no no its okay, this is what I’m here for <3 Those kind of teachers fuck me off a little bit :// Could you ask them to maybe avoid calling on you if you explain? Teachers are usually pretty nice about that stuff!  Remember babe, for every 50 minutes of work try 10 minutes off so you don’t work yourself into a rut, could you maybe email the teacher right now? You could explain how you’re feeling and apologise and ask for another day?
