To the anon asking about switching from a nose screw to a ring, there isn't much of a difference as long as you have the right size and gauge of jewelry. Initially, it can be a bit tricky to get a ring in because you have to insert it from inside your nose, rather than the outside. This means poking around the inside of your nostril and finding the piercing with your jewelry. After a few times, you get the hang of it and you should be able to do it under a minute.
