Based on a Dream i had:

Omori entered a new room of black space, it was strange... the water was bloody red, he approached what looked like Basil... or at least, the head slightly resembled him, the body? It looked like a sea creature. "Do you want a ride, Omori?" the boy asked to Omori, instead, on the other side? A deformed mass of sharks, extending in a completely different direction, then Basil spoke again: "Or do you want Mr. Big snout to do it? You see... he's a bit old, and doesn't get visitors very often! You should give him a chance!" Omori tilted his head... But he nodded, turning towards Mr. Big snout, the body extended to a coastal area with some fog, the Basil-like creature disappeared underwater immediately after. The further he walked, the more Mr. Big snout's heads doubled, along with his long body... until... finally he reached the ground, he looked carefully at the heads attached to the wall and on the dry land... Mr. Big snout had probably been dead for a while already... Goodbye, Mr. Big snout, thanks for the last ride.
