on a mission to cut back on how much i smoke (weed) so my new rule is no smoking before noon, and as i make a habit of it i'll push back the time a little bit until it's just in the evenings, then hopefully not at all bc i might have to pass a drug test for the next part of my degree (working with actual clients in a clinical setting for practicum & internship).
