That’s one of my favourite lines in the film, when Lizzie says she’s fond of walking and Darcy says “Yes. Yes I know.” In Joe Wright’s commentary, he talked about how when Darcy says that, he’s really saying “I know you.” And I thought that was just the most beautiful thing. And so, it became the thesis of this chapter 💛

(I won’t tell you when eliott bought the telescope, but I will say it’s probably earlier than Lucas thinks 👀)

omg yes i want an industrail piercing and i also want to get my nose re-pierced because i had to take out my nose ring for surgery and it fookin CLOSED by the end of it. i could also just go for a regular third piercing i already have two on my ear!!!!

there are a few scenes of the p&p au that we’re sitting in my head for a long time before I started to write the fic, and one of them was actually the epilogue, when Lucas and Eliott waltz beneath the stars ✨

The entire time that I was writing that story, that was the end point I was writing towards. Whatever happened between them, they would always arrive at that moment (if that makes sense asdfjk 😁)

im also gonna ask which scene for sk8ter boi bc they’re all SO good in that fic that i wouldnt even be able to imagine what the scene was that u gunned for (was it the early scene in the skate park where eliott asks him out like “were we not flirting?” bc i LUV that one)

so, the original prompt was for the line “have I entered an alternate universe or did you really just crack a smile at me” - so before I even decided that the fic was going to take place at a skate park, I had pictured that exchange between them, of Eliott making the first move and Lucas putting on a cool front but really being so excited he could burst (which...wbk)

BUT when i began to have a few folks in my comments and inbox asking for a continuation, the first scene that I immediately thought of for a sequel was when they’re in the empty park at dusk. Lucas gets on the board and Eliott is guiding him by holding his hands, and it’s a disaster but it’s also the moment that leads to the first kiss :’)))

ok. ok. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH like literally i love everything about him first of all i just think he is a wonderful person he, too, also just like.  CARES so much about the people he loves and people he sees that are in trouble or similar to him OR PEOPLE HE JUST DOEST EVEN KNOW like hes just. so NICE!!!!! and like hes so sweet and has dealt with so much like growing up with mental illess fucks you up but he is just. a wonderful person even though hes been through SHIT!!!!! and hes so STUPID like literally an idiot i love him!!!!! and just like even his faults i just relate to them all 100% like we’re the same person and ive just never loved a character so much i-

the fact that he didnt take out a kiss with a 17 year old girl in his script......................also i know its because he cares and doesnt want to be seen as a burden but i want him to feel as though he can stop covering things up!!!!! also the cheating....DISCOSTANG

“i think it will always be there” idk this line just sits with me like. its so true as someone who has grown up with a mental illness the feeling of like suicidal ideations never goes away its always there and say what you will about skamfr but they do know how to write mental illness and idk i just liked this line because it was so true to experience!!!!!

6. What’s your favorite candle scent?

i don't have one specific scent but i like kind of earthy/musky scented candles. i have one at my desk i like a lot that's cedarwood, oakmoss, amber, sandalwood, smoke and hints of vanilla, patchouli, and pine!

14. Whats something upcoming that you’re excited for?

tomorrow i'm doing a really cool photography workshop i'm looking forward to and after that i'm seeing the savannah bananas!
