I can't remember the exact date but it was close enough to cause fandom anxiety, people were expecting Emrata to be the next stunt and especially because she was spotted at Harry's shows a few times before the follow. She's also friends with Olivia and they've been at events together recently. I don't know if that means anything, I just found it interesting. So with that said, could Emrata still be a last minute distraction from the talk about Brad even though Harry followed her back in October? which is often a sign that a stunt is in the works. His other beards/stunts he would follow a few months in advance.
Harry followed Emily Ratajkowski on 15 November last year. But I think you're giving this a very specific meaning that I don't think follows at all.
You've written that last sentence as fact anon, but I can find no evidence that it's true.
As far as I can tell Harry followed Camille in June 2016, a full year before they pretended to date. I tried to find out when Harry followed Tess Ward on instagram and I couldn't - I'm not sure he ever did. Harry folllowed both Oliva Wilde and Florence Pugh on Instagram on the same day Don't Worry Darling was announced.
I don't think there's any evidence of a pattern in when Harry follows people on instagram and when he pretends to date them. So I don't think there's any significance to the fact that he followed her in November.
