There's now a third sheet attached to the Stone Tracker with the numbers for the updated portal. Something I forgot to mention earlier: this sheet assumes you're running both possible two hour missions and that you get the minimum from those missions. I don't have enough information on any of the others to give solid numbers, yet. I may edit the sheet to include a possible averages number list later.

If you're interested I'd love for you to, but at this point I'm going to edit and rewrite quite a few things, so I'd feel bad giving you the go ahead.   Also I have a message coming your way!  Sorry I've been so long in answering.
