I like how despite the amount of content we got for somnus, ultimately we don't actually know how the man was like. all we have to go on is a manifestation created by a God who needed Ardyn to essentially go mad with grief and submit to his new role as the Accursed, and snippets from ardyn and somnus' fight.
and what do we learn? somnus was also doing Bahamut's will.
so is it not far fetched to believe that bahamut manifested a twisted version of the healer to haunt somnus just as he did to ardyn?
it's one thing to disagree with your brother's methods and another to have knowledge of the Accursed before it's prediction.
