Celebrities & "Waist Training"
Saw an article on Yahoo about celebrities getting in on the "corset waist training" trend. Made the mistake of clicking on it.
Somebody needs to get rid of all of the stupid before I start foaming at the mouth.
Repeat after me, anybody who believes that anything that is labeled as a corset is a genuine one that can help you waist train:
Corsets have laces. Corsets have busks or zippers, not little bra-like hook closures. Corsets are not made of the same material as leggings. Waist-training corsets should have STEEL boning, not plastic. Wearing two at one time will not help you lose your baby belly. You are not going to lose a ton of weight (if any) by waist training.
