Time for a ✨recent sonas dump✨

First, Devynychus (Wakfu)!! I already talked about them before, so I won’t mention too much here. I finally gave them clothes :) I wanted to keep the outfit simple since their body has a lot more details to it

Next, King Karver (Donkey Kong)!!

After the events of Donkey Kong 64, Kaptain K(acophony) Rool approached a certain Koopa King about taking up the mantle of king for a castle with no current ruler. And how could he refuse the offer of a new castle away from home! Upon checking out his new real estate, he became cursed by it, turning his body skeletal whenever he comes in its vicinity. Somehow it made no difference to him. Now he rules over the Creepy Castle and all its undead Kremling inhabitants. No need for a cardboard cut-out anymore!

And finally, Devin (Honkai: Star Rail)!!

I’m still heavily workshopping my backstory here jfhvjfdn but the main parts are they follow the Path of Trailblaze and Akivili communicates with them in their mind (but they don’t know that’s who it is yet🤫)

Okay so our dynamic is best summed up like this:

When Firefly is around, Mars (the name Firefly gives Traitor Lord since he has forgotten his true name) is able to resist the infection again. (My hc is that the last time his mind was clear was when his daughter was still alive and it was after she died that he stopped resisting its control and let his mind go fully to the infection.) For whatever reason, having Firefly around keeps his mind clear and he decides he never wants to lose that again. So he’ll keep Firefly around no matter the cost.

Luckily for him, Firefly wants to stay with him anyway. Even with Mars watching their every move, never letting them out of his sight for even a fraction of a second, even with his point made abundantly clear that he would do anything and everything to keep them there with him forever. Nothing will deter Firefly, nothing Mars could ever do would drive them away. Because they don’t want to be anywhere else but right there with him.

In fact, should they ever be separated from each other for whatever reason, well…………..

Neither one of them would be able to handle it. Mars would become fully infected again, but now instead of zeroing in solely on defending his territory, he would be obsessed with getting Firefly back by. Any. Means. Necessary.

And Firefly, well… they’d get maaaaajor separation anxiety. Unable to do anything at all until they’re back by Mars’ side where they belong.

First look at my revamped Wakfu S/I!!!! They’re a dragon(?) named Devynychus (pronounce that however you want fhvnmdsn), nicknamed Devyn!

I have backstory thoughts but,, I kinda don’t feel like rambling right now jfbcsjnshd so I’ll maybe try to share it in bits over time? Key points are they have a lot of Wakfu (blue; creation magic). So much that it overflows from them, causing plants to sprout beneath them (their feet never touch the ground). At some point it was corrupted into Stasis (pink; death magic). Over time they were able to revive their Wakfu so now they can use both, but they prefer using Wakfu because Stasis puts a greater strain on them. (They can turn their Wakfu/Stasis into weapons like Yugo can.)

Oh also their relationship with the group is somewhat like a frenemy. They follow the team around and sometimes they’ll help them in battle, but no one fully trusts them cause they keep trying to steal Rubilax and free him (they don’t know how to free him so they just let him possess them).
