Been awhile since I’ve posted any Gourmet Races in here! Which is weird since I have so many of them. Ah well this one by Songe is awesome and fun, and really captures the franticness of the original minigame I think.

So I guess this year is Kirby’s 25th anniversary! I started with Adventure, not Dream Land, but I was still a very smol Johwee when I started playing. This doesn’t make me feel as old as Zelda turning 30 last year, or Pokemon’s 20th for that matter, but yeah. Hopefully Nintendo can celebrate with some cool stuff!

I've been trying to avoid repeat themes with Ocarina of Time music, get some variety. But really, people tend to remix two themes more than anything else. One of those themes is the Song of Storms.

Which brings us to tonight, when there's actually a thunderstorm going on outside. They're pretty uncommon here in northern California, so I'm enjoying a break to turn off all the lights, open the windows, and listen to the rain and thunder and watch the lightning. And I'm like, I should totally post another cover on Tumblr.

So here we are with SongeLeReveur again, and his awesome Coriandre cover of Song of Storms. I don't even know what that means, but it's an awesome cover anyway.
