“A pack of Marlboros.” He mutters as his chin tilts up at the glass casing behind the cash wrap.

Arthur looks up and down the items on the shelf. His eyes linger on a pack of condoms. He cannot help but to look back towards her briefly. Flashes of the night prior blaze through his mind’s eye, the way she sighed when he pushed into her cunt. The way her blonde hair fanned out on the hotel pillow. The aggravation he felt this morning not being able to be inside her as she stroked his cock.

He grabs the package and throws it on the counter amongst the snacks that she had procured before wandering over toward the drink coolers.

The clerk, a haggard old woman, glares from behind her glasses.

“What the hell is a pretty little thing like her doin’ with a mean ugly old bastard like you?”

Arthur grits his teeth, “Shut up and check us out.”

Our monthlong photo journey capturing both the amazing landmarks on the way as well as meeting/shooting with yogis during our stops en route..The aim of this project is to create new connections within both the #yoga and #art community while capturing the natural beauty of how the body moves and can become one with the earth in one's practice..At the end of our journey we will be compiling the photos shot throughout our trek into a book,  #Song of the Open Road a photo journal of the connections created and celebration of the #yogic form within its natural habitat..combining #portraits and #landscapes along with excerpts from the #WaltWhitman poem
