Solona has always been a night owl and prone to low-key insomnia, but after she becomes a Warden, that gets way worse. Her only consistently effective trick to go to sleep is to work herself to the bone and pass out the moment her head hits the pillow. Which I'm sure doesn't create a viscous cycle with the caffeine addiction she acquires as Vigil's Keep that will only be broken once she's cut off from her coffee supply and forced to go cold turkey on her Quest to prevent the Calling.
Then, of course, her sleep schedule is permanently fucked once she's living full-time in the Deep Roads and subsisting more and more heavily on blight magic until she slowly loses the need to sleep and eat on anything resembling a normal human schedule and develops the circadian rhythm of a darkspawn. And then she gets very suddenly un-ghoul-ified, falls into what is essentially a magical coma for several weeks, and is forcefully reverted back to human sleep requirements.
Solona wouldn't know what a healthy sleep schedule looks like if it Smited her in the face.

In the Circle, she was very particular about her sleeping conditions. Light and sound didn't bother her -- a result of growing up in that big communal dorm -- but her mattress and pillow had to adhere to specific firmness/height/size requirements, otherwise she couldn't fall asleep.
During the Blight, however, she quickly learned how to sleep on uneven, rock-hard, sometimes damp ground with nothing but a thin bedroll and a stiff pillow to cushion it. After that, she could sleep anywhere, in any conditions.
