Super Sonic has red eyes. Shadow has red eyes. Could be something to do with chaos energy transforming the body, could be something to do with Shadow being made to be the ultimate life form and thats one of the ways that attempt manifested

so I have that headcanon that sonic impulse gets an ear piercing once, but then like two days later its ripped out during a fight against eggman, and he's PISSED about it. not only did he waste money but he lost the actual piercing and now his ear has a chunk out of it and he can't tell anyone how it happened because it's LAME
and I have the headcanon that shadow experiments a lot with body mods, especially piercings. something something reclamation of body
scene in my head: sonic seeing shadow and going 'HEY. how tf do you keep all your piercings Safe when you fight. how do you not lose any like they dont even break?? How????' and shadow says something along the lines of 'well because I'm better than you'
but the truth is. it didn't even occur to shadow that they were a safety hazard on the battle ground. never crossed his mind. he wasnt worried about it before but he is NOW. he's late to every fight by five minutes because he's scrambling to take them all out, but everyone thinks he's doing it to make a Dramatic Entrance
anyways. sonic movie 3. if they dont address the paraelle of sonic having absolutely fucking no one and then suddenly gaining a family, with shadow having a family to suddenly losing absolutely everything.
