It's Sonic Rush's anniversary, so I'm reposting a drawing from the end of the game in question. Thank you to Blaze the Cat for existing; this character literally shaped who I am.

I headcannoned that everyone is actually Australian in the Sol Dimension because of the Koala's and Marine's accent, so Blaze would have to be hiding her Australian accent.

Had this sitting on the backburner for awhile-ish now. I meant to give it the full animation treatment like my last project but between art burn out and my chronic pain, just ain't happening rn. Maybe at a later date or if people want to help me finish it, I'll eventually go back to properly render/clean up this project.

So! Here is what I had made of it, its rough but I wanted to try some new things: primarily lip-syncing. Huge thanks again to my buddy @xxtc-96xx for helping me with learning lip-syncing and timing.

I've actually been thinking about Blaze a lot recently since I've been thinking about cosplaying her if I get to go to a convention this year.

But last time I went to a con, it was very hot and I doubt I would survive in her regular outfit so I drew this one up! It's generally influenced by her colour palette and also just stuff I own.

I love her :)
