Someone was awfully amused by what he witnessed happen to his friend. Good thing he just so happened to leap into the same area.
He hid laughter behind a hand; couldn’t get caught, after all.

What a landing -- a puncture wound through the exterior of the comet, an outer layer protecting it from infiltration. The G.U.N piloted ship brought itself inside, only for a lair of its own to open up in front of them, with haunting purples and reds darting along the walls, pits that seemed to go on forever, and creatures lurking and stalking about as if waiting for a happening. Shadow peered outside of the craft as it stuck itself onto a solid ground, or what may appear to be a solid ground; it almost appeared like an actual colony hidden within a system of caves, creatures following one hive-mind...
Of course, Shadow did not come here simply to admire the scenery. Only a brief moment was spent in taking it all in, absorbing it, a wondering coming about him at the sense of familiarity that it would pang within his chest before he left the aircraft entirely, drifting about its wing before landing on the ground beneath. It seemed stable enough, though the occasional dust and rock lined it below as if it was gravel. Behind him, he heard the sound of metal clunking, an indication of his fellow passenger following after him out.
His palms gravitated toward the wall as a kind of heat emerged within his chest, sweat running underneath his fur as he breathed in what felt like toxic fumes. It wasn’t, oxygen ran within the comet itself, likely due to an internal system, and even the wound at the top of the comet closed behind them, but it was almost like a kind of miasma possessed him. He grappled for some kind of stability out of fear that the strain of it may bring him down to his knees, and he couldn’t even find for himself a reasonable explanation for the reaction. It was just...a feeling, like the one he’d had on the ARK before they left for here.
“... This is it. This is the place. I know it,” he said softly.
