EVENTS: MAY/JUNE 2014 (addendum)

Okay, so Lauren just suggested Sophie Connoghan hosting a 1920s party and I CAN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT IT. So, I've decided to work it into the plots and while I had originally thought about making it further down the line, I've decided to add it to this chunk of plots and extend them to the end of June, b/c the in the next section, things start to go badly for everyone involved and I don't think anyone is going to feel much like having a party (plus there is no way Luke Connoghan would let Sophie do this after pulling her stunt with Sonny Moretti) So (this takes place before Sophie goes to New York)

Sophie Connoghan hosts a 1920s themed party, with the hopes of being able to cause a distraction and sneak off to New York to kill Sonny Moretti. What she doesn't anticipate, is that her father has extra security there and that if she is going to get away, she'll have to think smaller (hence the dinner she plans with the Brynes siblings that ends up actually being the cover).

So who gets to go to this fabulous party? Okay, I'm thinking that Sophie Connoghan would invite: Declan Byrnes, Margaret Murphy, Saoirse Byrnes, Aaron Donovan, Liam Thompson, Annie O'Sullivan, & Caitlin O'Sullivan. Her father would insist that Rory Moran, Nicole O'Sullivan, Jack Donovan, & Shane Donovan are there. I'm thinking that Caitlin O'Sullivan would invite Veronica Martin and that Will Donoghue would charm his way into being someone's plus one. I'm thinking that maybe Aaron Donovan invites Rose and Cass Carter, so he can continue to keep an eye on them and act as security for the party. And Rose and Cass decide to make a weekend of it and go and visit their sister, Sarah Carter, and probably invite her and she agrees to go and doesn't really until she gets there that this is a Connoghan thing and needless to say she does not have a good time and probably tells her sisters that she doesn't think they should be friends with Aaron Donovan anymore. And that actually gets all of the Boston people there, woot! :D

EVENTS: may 2014

These plots will officially start May 5th, when we open, but I just had a lot of ideas and thought I'd post them now. 

Also this will give you time to look over it and let me know if your character isn't acting like themselves (even if it's something minor you want to change I'm cool w/ it)

Also something important I left out of the bios, that I'm just going to post here: Sonny Moretti was the one who killed Mrs. Connoghan. Ofc, it was an accident, and he was pursuing someone who he was not going to let get away when it happened.

Also some of these events have certain dates, but you can RP them whenever. The dates are just for the sake of having a timeline going. ;D

Alfonso Moretti does not want anymore bloodshed and wants to do whatever he can to prevent it. He sends Alek Nielson on his behalf to meet with Connoghan's man, Aaron Donovan, to request a sit down between the families before war begins. Luke Connoghan accepts and they plan to meet on June 5th. 

Alfonso and Carmela Moretti celebrate their 33rd marriage anniversary on May 23rd. It's a formal event and anyone in the Moretti Family can attend (its up to you whether your character was invited or not, but if they were invited, they'd better be there ;D). Towards the end of the evening, Alfonso Moretti suffers a heart attack and is rushed to the hospital. 

Everyone unsure if Alfonso Moretti will recover in time to attend the sit down and they don't know who to send in his place. Sonny Moretti was just made underboss, and so he thinks he should go, but Franco Moretti points out that he has no experience and he thinks that he should go with him. Alek Nielson says that Tony Moretti does have experience, and he's the next in line after Sonny Moretti, and Adam Cassidy brings up not to disclude Mike Moretti.  

Luke Connoghan continues to keep his daughter out of his councils, but Sophie Connoghan listens in and gathers that her father has agreed to meet and negotiate with the Morettis. What she doesn't know is that he doesn't mean to settle it with anything less than blood, but he still will hear what Moretti has to say. Sophie Connoghan plans to take things into her own hands and slipping away from her body guard, Nicole O'Sullivan, Sophie Connoghan runs away to New York with murder on her mind. She's able to figure out where the Morettis live and plans to go in and assassinate Sonny Moretti. It didn't take Nicole O'Sullivan long to figure out where Sophie Connoghan had gone and, with the help of Jack Donovan, the two of them bring Sophie Connoghan back to Boston before she can get to Sonny.
