Gotta love a good bodyguard love story
The Bigger They Come by Ari McKay My rating: 4 of 5 stars I thoroughly enjoyed this bodyguard and client falling in love during a job romance even with the slightly over the top towards the end stalker plot. Fake
Muse A is a bored young person who, on a dare or on a whim, makes a fake profile on a dating site. Not really into the dating scene, they lie about several of the details (where they live, age, occupation, etc.). Not too long after, they are messaged by Muse B. Muse A intends on messaging them just once and dropping the conversation, but Muse B's charm has them keep the messaging going. Even though they only made the profile on a dare, Muse A is entirely infatuated with Muse B.
Muse A isn't the only one who is a fake though. Offline, Muse B is a manipulative stalker who sees right through Muse A's facade.... and has their own plans as to how their relationship will be going. Tracking their IP address and reverse image searching their profile picture gives Muse B the information they need. When Muse B shows up at Muse A's door with dark intentions, any thoughts of this being just a prank quickly disappear.
Optional:
Muse A is underage, hence why they lied on their profile.
Muse B could be an adult figure in their life, a teacher or a counselor.
Muse C is a friend of Muse A who is against the idea from the very start.
