Decided to finally draw my fankid for the @sonic-fankid-showdown ! No idea if she'll get in, but here's to hoping!!

This is Velocity D'Coolette, or Vel for short. She's my Sontwan fankid, and She's a famous extreme gear racer! Learn more about her under the cut! You can also ask questions about her if you'd like!

(Sorry if this is very ramble-y I haven't slept in over 24 hours lmao-)

She wasn't born with superspeed like her dad, but she loved the feeling of wind in her hair, so she improvised! Her Papa tried to teach her how to use a sword but that uh. Didn't work out to well. It's okay though, because she brings her extreme gear with her everywhere! Who needs a weapon when you can just use your sick hoverboard to fly away from the situation, right?

She's not one for confrontation, and is pretty scared of actually fighting. Despite that, she's pretty boastful and and is a pretty sore loser. She tries to not let it show around people though. It'd be super embarrassing if the crowd saw her pouting over 2nd place. She can do that in her own time, thank you very much.

Speaking of her racing, she actually coaches younger kids on how to use extreme gear! She volunteers in a gear school that teaches kids from ages 8-12! Outside of that, she also enjoys drag racing! Or just normal racing. She really likes races. And also winning those races!

She calls Sonic "Dad" and Antoine "Papa", and knows French, though it's pretty rusty since she hasn't been practicing outside of talking to Antoine.

She's 19 and aromantic.
