Sonamoo reminds me of EvoL. Not trying to start a fanwar (not saying they;re a copy or anything), they just remind me of them. Maybe it's because of their rappers. They kind of remind me of Jucy and J-Da (Deep voice & and faster flow,higher voice). But then again I guess that could be compared to Bang and Zelo, but on the girl group side they remind me of EvoL (I said that like 100 times lol..)
The style of the song reminds me of them a little too. How it's Hip-Hoppy but with a girly "sexy" feel.
On another note. Why do girl groups have to mix sexy or girly with Hip-Hop in order to do hip-hop. I can just as easily see girl groups dancing and singing songs that "the boys do".Why can't a girl group sing "We Got The Power" without having to put a "girly" twist? Why did BESTie have to cover a "sexy" version of Mamacita? I'm pretty sure girls can cover the original version just as awesomely. D-Unit and GLAM do it well~ and not saying that there's anything wrong with that style, but that it is possible to be a hip-hop girl group without having to alter it *states obvious*
