The #SoondubuJigae is a Korean soft tofu and noodle dish with a mildly spicy sauce. Last night at the #HolidayBazaar at @hamptongardens, I was able to taste this dish for the first time when #ExhibitA shared her bowl with me. I didn’t mind the spiciness one bit and I found it hearty and tasty, going well with our other orders.
