i was thinking and now i have dug up my deep rooted opinions of la squadra 

formaggio: dudebro who watches football and pees in alleyways. wears a fuckton of axe body spray

illuso: greasy, former reddit niceguy. doesnt respect women 

melone: the main character from big bang theory

risotto: the old man you see at every thrash metal concert with a sick beard and chugging beer 

ghiaccio: still recovering from being a reddit niceguy, would sound like ben shpiro 

pesci: the opening monologue to money machine is about him 

prosciutto: geezer bitch yells at everyone and sits with his legs crossed while reading magazines. thinks hes superior for listening to childish gambino 

gelato: any mafioso born after 1993 cant cook all they know is mcdonalds charge they phone twerk eat hot chip and lie 

sorbet: unironically watched the sharknado movies and had a huge fnaf/pewdiepie phase

Sorbet and Gelato - this was inspired by music video "Assassin of love" look it up, it's old but cute, the girl on the video just reminded me of Gelato somehow.
