Apparently it’s February! You wouldn’t know from the weather this week. I’ve been driving around this afternoon with the window down and I’m not wearing a coat or even a jumper. There are daffodils starting to bloom, snowdrops on some of the banks and a calm, warm breeze. It really cheers the soul when the weather is like this... let’s just hope it lasts all weekend! I’m off to a mini yoga retreat this evening a Love Your Mind and Body Yin Yoga Workshop, which promises to be full of cosy nurturing practice.
