Soriel Week Day 7 - Free day

WE DID IT!! We made it through Soriel week!!! I’m so happy I finally did a week in it’s entirety. That like. Never happens!! I drew them sleeping because I am very tired lmaooo

Well go back to daily Toriel tomorrow, but this was SO fun! I can’t wait for next year!

Soriel Week Day 6 - AU day.

So. I’m not a fan of how sans and Toriel are characterized in a lot of Underswap aus, so I made my own. I won’t go into too much detail on it, BUT. She doesn’t really ever leave the castle, and hasn’t really talked to anybody in hundreds of years; leaving the underground to be ruled by a council of a couple of important people (royal scientist, captain of the royal gaurd, etc). Sans gets hired on to be her body gaurd as a favor from Alphys cause he’s low on cash. It’s a really easy job he just has to go stand outside the door to the thrown room for a while and chill. They do thier knock knock thing and get close. Eventually she lets him in and they become friends. As an extension of making the promise, he lets her knight him (AS SEEN ABOVE). Baisically promises he’ll help her out where he can and stay loyal to her if things go tits up.

This is like. The spark notes version of them and their whole thing. If anyone has more specific questions feel free to ask! I could talk about these goobers all day.

Soriel Week Day 5: Sunrise.

It was so hard to draw them so comfy in bed when I was unable to be. So comfy in bed.

Soriel Week 4: Letter

I don’t think Toriel’s knit something for anouther person for a REALLY long time. Maybe for some of the fallen children, but depending on how long each stayed with her she just. Might not have had time. Eventually she might not have even wanted to make anything for fear the child would be gone by the time her kid left. She likes to knit of course, but I think she gets a lot of joy out of putting time into something FOR someone else. And getting that appreciation back.

So. Once they get to the surface. I think it’s a huge step to make something for somebody like her ‘friend’. It’s a little hope that he’s going to stay in her life for a long time.

Soriel week day 3: Save (the date)

I can’t ever really see them having a wedding personally. If they DO get married they do it very quietly and don’t make a big deal about it. Pretty much just go to the courthouse, exchange rings in the comfort of their home, and maybe have a nice dinner. THAT BEING SAID. I can totally see both of them messing with Alphys because she’s been trying to set them up for actual years lol

Soriel Week Day 2: Hope

Sans has been looking for his way back home for a really long time. I think after finally making it to the surface, there’s this really nice moment after a family movie night after everybody else has fallen asleep that he kind of realizes that maybe he doesn’t need to get himself back home or back to the people he talks about in his lost soul dialogue.

Maybe he’s wandered his way into a new home here with this new little family. And I think that would give him some hope ^^

Soriel Week Day 1: Space

Sans is a really chill guy, and I don’t think he visibly gets excited about things very often. So the first time Toriel sees him talking about stars and space stuff when they go star gazing,,,, she’s WAY more interested in watching him talk than she is in seeing the stars
