Here is the dish #aloobadibesara the traditional odia cuisine dish! Many of my of you got it right! Badi is the sundried lenthil dumpling and here i used kakharu/pumpkin badi. This dish is slow cooked in mustard cumin chilli garlic paste #sorisabata with some dried mango #ambula which makes it tangy and delicious.
