i don't doubt that's how these objects came into existence. they're based on the powers of their respective-coloured Diamond.

Sam took a deep breath and ran her hands through her messy hair, swallowing hard and closing the book that was open in front of her. She had been sitting and looking at it for almost two hours and nothing seemed to be going into her brain. In the end the dark haired girl relented and texted her friend, an hour socialising couldn't be too bad for her right? 

She went over to the mirror and looked at herself. There was dark bags under her eyes and her face was devoid of all colour. She basically looked like a wreck, but Sam didn't care. Shrugging she just grabbed a bottle of pills from her nightstand and popped two in her mouth, swallowing in them dry, not even bothering with water anymore. She gathered up her books and shoved them in a canvas bag, going out to her car and jumping in. The drive to Belle and Parker's was very short, and almost before the song on the radio had gotten to the bridge she was there, getting out the car and ringing on the bell.
