What kinds of shoes do you wear in the fall/winter? x

Hello sweet anon, 

In the autumn and winter months I oft wear mary janes with woolen tights or assorted oxford shoes (faux leather or assorted velvets). These are perfect for my trips to the post office, corner bookshop and walking through long dark corridors to class. 

On the off day I quite like my sparkly golden heels (especially as they elevate me above puddles on days I’m not keen on getting drenched. 

I wear trainers on occasion and opt for the type of trainers a shetland pony might wear were she to become a human girl. These are perfect for rainy walks, and wandering through the forrest.   

I sometimes wear boots during colder months. Knee-high faux leather and velvet varieties in autumn colours are lovely. For heavy snow I have a pair of (surprisingly) decent looking ‘duck boots’. I rarely wear galoshes but had the most spectacular pair as a child. I’m sure you can figure that little Rosie was indeed a puddle lover. Even worse, little Rosie had the strange habit of hopping into waist deep numbingly cold snow banks right before outings. My Daddy would muse, “maybe if she cannot feel her legs upon the ground, she’ll think she’s flying” but I truly do not know why I did this.
