I've reached that point again where I've studied for hours and still feel like I didn't do enough and / or can't remember anything from the top of my head.

I’m in this sad mood where all I need is someone to cuddle, and cookies, but I’m single and we just ran out of cookies...

So let’s count all the negatives that have happened since Elise went back to school last Thursday!

• Walked into my form class on the first day. Got sat next to the kid who’s mocked me since my first year (three years ago).

• Got sat with a girl I hate because she’s too loud and in-your-face and fucking embarrassing. Today (Monday) she decided to read my work aloud in an almost silent class. I hate people reading my work full-stop, so you can imagine how humiliating this is.

• My ex-boyfriend. Who... Will go unnamed, lest all you lovely folks go hunt him down (not that I wouldn’t, it’s an open topic among my female friends - when he’s not lurking around) and probably burn his house down. Since he broke up with me, May 19th of this year, he’s accused me of so many falsehoods and made my life a fucking misery. And when you’re used being rejected, handsy fourteen-year-old boys are not high on your list of first face-to-face relationships. (Did I mention I’m five days older? No? Well, that too.) I won’t go into detail. I’m not comfortable enough to do that with anyone yet. Even my real-life friends. Sorry.

• Bullies. Aside from the time a kid punched me in the arm (for no reason, too - he was just an asshole), my bullying has been mental. When you get to my age, and I’m only a couple years older than most of the people I talk to here, you realise that they start on feelings and actual weaknesses, rather than rumours. And—god, I’m half in tears, shit—it hurts. Tumblr’s given me some slurs, too. I’m biromantic, and, to save time, ace-scale. So yeah. I do get homophobia. Racism, not so much - I’m white, after all, noticeably so.

• My life at home. It’s great, my parents are lovely, accepting people - but they can be unintentionally rude. I can’t tell them, either - “You’re a teenager, you’ll grow out of it.” - “You’ll change your mind [about having children] when you’re older” - no, Mum, I’m ace, but I can’t tell you that because then I’d have to tell you why - “You’re responsible, I trust you.” - needless to say, they’re not aware of the sexual harassment. Hurts, but hey. What they don’t know... Won’t hurt them.

And here come the tears.
