When you order a @japanese_craftbeer (we recommend the Sorry Umami IPA from #YohoBrewing, a mild #IPA with pleasant hints of bonito flakes) do yourself a huge favor and also get that potato salad -- it’s like a spud-filled deviled egg w/ sweet kurobuta sausage inside. YUM. The main event is, of course, the ramen. The Tsukemen dipping noodles are good, but the star is the Spicy Tonkatsu (and don’t forget the soy-sauce-injected egg).
