Experiences, Leica M6

My Lecia M6 is probably not worth what I paid for it. 

It's 2017 and I'm still in the 80′s shooting film. For the same amount of money, i probably could have bought a 5D mark 2 plus a set of lenses. But I didn’t. Instead, I bought a fully mechanical piece of German engineering. Refined by over half a century of history and design, it's quite literally exactly what a camera should be. But so is a Nikon F2. A Lecia isn't worth the money on paper. But when you hold one you realize that it feels like every dollar that its worth.

Pedestal Plain

A breeze, Crisp, Cold. Lonely it sits, A noble nothing. A vast vacancy, Too pure for any man.

Settle in the distance. See it with every sunrise. Watch it glow in the twilight. A place you can never stand.
