I love one piece because they introduce the bird-man who runs the news and I was just like "oh okay so the guy who runs the news happens to be part bird. sure why not." It did not ONCE cross my mind that he's a normal human with a bird devil fruit until he explicitly mentioned that. I was 100% willing to accept that this is just a kind of guy that exists naturally
