Esmerelda - Vala, an Auri dancer in Ishgard. Is seen usually with either the Wandering Minstrel or Sidurgu.

Quasimodo - Haurchefant or Estenien I want to say Estenien cus the idea I have is that he was sorta "blessed"/"cursed" by Nidhogg for being the only survivor of Ferndale, thus making him have draconic features. More than an Au Ra, like part of his face does look like a dragon - like Calianna from Critical Role sorta. I however can't see Estenien singing, Haurchefant yes however. I mean, both would be great for the role.

Phoebes - Aymeric. He's Commander of the Temple knights remember.

Frollo - Charibert. No he didn't take our "Quasimodo" in, Thordan has him as a sort of babysitter...

The Gargoyles - Moogles.
