I got me a new sketchbook. Feels good to be scribbling again.
I have a weakness for the Bruce!offspring!Readers nobody loves until something happens. The same thing happens to me with soulmates. I have a weakness for the trope "you don't know what you have until you lost it" and now you must fight for it.
ICONS CHALLENGE
by @oliveandoak + @hushthots
Rules: Pick an icon from any era, it can be with Movies/Music/Fashion etc. It can be one sim or two - All kinds of Icons are welcome. Show them off in their best style and tag us or use #iconchallenge so we can follow along. Most importantly, have fun! We can’t wait to see what you guys come up with!
I sorta made @boomchicapopdatsims and @oliveandoak tag me in this?? Anyway, I wanted to recreate Barbara Stanwyck with her iconic wedding dress (which I had to make myself) in The Lady Eve - one of my favourite movies and actresses. I love how she’s a strong, intelligent woman irl as well as in the movie. I also love this movie because she’s the crook who falls in love with a naive young man and not the other way around. I just adore that movie! I’ve inserted the reference pic under the cut in case anyone is interested ;))
I tag: @atashi77 @xldkx @cubersims @nords-sims @mellindi If you’ve already done it, decide for yourself if you wanna do it again. Also, if you haven’t been tagged but wants to consider this DESTINY!!!
Quick sketch bc I liked the idea of Chariot wearing her old outfit. Tweaked the design a bit.
How many times must i refine my drawing stule before my characters stay consistent????
Zero line art experimenting.
