Marlene King is the new Stephanie Meyer for me. I feel the same way about that finale as I did about Breaking Dawn. Like, I wrote elaborate LJ posts in a Bella/Jacob community about how awful it was and did an epic re-read with that community in which one person would take on one or two chapters and inject humor into a summary. I probably won’t go that far because I have a full time job, but I am just as annoyed with the content and the post-content interviews now as I was then. Where are my sortofbeautiful fronds at?
ETA: Actually, PLL is worse because I was actually excited and avoided spoilers (or tried), whereas with BD, I downloaded the leaked copy as soon as it was available. I never bought the book; never even finished it, tbh. I had high hopes for PLL, in contrast.
