Sorry if this has been asked already, but what are the requirements for the ninja endings? Is it the same 43,000 skill points? Is there a "best" choice that gives you maximum chemistry or are there Shadow vs Light answers? I'm assuming they have the same premium story/cg pearl or normal story coin checks too? Thanks!

It should be the same skill points, and the chemistry is the same.
Yes there is a “best” choice seeing as the Light Ending is the…true? ending? Same as the Divine with the lords. The Light Ending will have the epilogue and be like a better resolution to the story and the Shadow Ending is usually a bit angsty.
You will actually see an additional option when reaching checkpoints. I only arrived at the first one and the “best” most expensive option was 5 pearls, so I can’t say what it’s going to be when you actually reach them in a Ninjas route yet but I’m guessing around 12 pearls.
The first (and most expensive) option is the item, CG and VOICES. Second option is item and CG (same as the best option in Radiance side), third is item and no CG. So basically they gave us the addition of the voiced chapters yay!
