"why..not?" jongin furrowed his brows in genuine confusion, since they’d both been unlucky enough to be stuck in the building’s elevator. he was still coming down from a high, and the girl standing in the corner seemed to be extremely cute. they also weren’t friends, at all. he faintly remembers a time he ran for the elevator and she was repeatedly pressing a button, and it just closed. jongin was sure she wasn’t pressing the open button. “uh, i’m sure the fire department will come soon.”

The darkness of the room added to frighting sense, at least that’s what he thought. When he heard the words, Is that supposed to scare me? fall from the pretty one’s lips, he felt disappointed and shown the light at you instead. “Sort of— Did I fail?”
