Dude Marina how do you deal with micro aggressions in interracial romantic and non romantic relationships

You gotta call that person out. You don't have to go into automatic attack mode but the people in your life need to be made aware that micro-aggressions aren't okay (because they probably don't even realize it's racist. Obviously it's not the responsibility of people of color to educate others on racism but sometimes you gotta.). If they continue to do it I would seriously consider if they're people worth having in your life because people of color shouldn't have to put up with stuff like that.
