Credit:  Rostislav Lebedev (Ростислав Лебедев) (Moscow, 1946-).  Lebedev was part of the sots-art (Соц-арт), or Soviet Pop Art movement arising in the 1970s.  I am interested in learning more about this artist’s representation of animals. Thanks to @psi.pharma for the tip.
