Dazai always likes to call Chuuya ‘his dog’ and normally, that can be seen as him teasing or just being downright offensive. Though there is another way to think about it!

A dog is a man’s best friend. If Dazai keeps calling Chuuya his dog, then isn’t he technically calling him his best friend? I think it’s a fun thing to think about and something Chuuya would never find out unless someone told him. So it’s even funnier!

I have not read Stormbringer or the fifteen light novel yet, but from some of the shit I’ve seen on different forums, I don’t think Chuuya realizes how heavily he impacts Dazai’s mood or feelings sometimes. It’s hilarious

Dazai saying “I love You”

Okay, I know people talk about this alot, y’know how Dazai straight up confessed his love for Chuuya hours after meeting him and I totally agree with that ‘fell fast’ response everyone gives but think about it from the book’s (manga, or anime too but I haven’t read the fifteen manga yet) perspective or idea, hell maybe even Asagiri’s perspective actually writing it.

But why the actual fuck did he say I love you???

There was literally, hardly any prompting to saying that and from what I can remember Chuuya never said anything nice or anything to warrant that?? So Dazai, explain yourself???? You look terribly incriminating.

Also, if I could ask Asagiri one thing? What music is being played as Soukoku is written?? Because why make Dazai confess when he’s known Chuuya for only a few hours if he’s not a lesbian coded homosexual????

I- I just wanna know
