The dragon sighed, hearing someone come up behind her. “If you’re trying to scare me, I’d suggest not doing it while I’m on the job, actively working to be vigilant.” She almost didn’t bother to turn around and see who it was, but she had a low tolerance for mystery. Turning, her hand rested on her hips, her eyebrows raised. “Since this wasn’t a great plan to scare me, I’m assuming you needed something?”
