This is becoming normal for more and more people - what is acceptable (the 9-5, the rat race, the constant distractions whether it cigarettes and Tv or a revolving door of partners or new shoes) is causing nothing but stress and anxiety in our bodies and minds...so though others may not understand your path; your new need for peace, your hours of meditation, your cathartic desire for journaling, your delving into your private self development work for the good of your health and the happiness of your future and your sudden lack of desire for the things you once 'loved', doesn't make you wrong or then right - or even your right and then wrong. It just means that YOU have shifted your perspective of the world...of what's actually possible for you instead of simply going with what society has always told you is possible for you. You are broadening your horizons...your may not understand it and you may even rebel against it for a while and dip in and out of this ever so powerful and necessary part of your journey, occasionally forgetting how good it feels to live in your ever growing new power and get lured back to the vodka and the rat race, but once you've begun this process, it's hard to go back for good. Once the blinkers are off, your inner peace is more powerful than any new item of clothing, any new haircut, any fake tan, any night out, any new 9-5 job, any new gym membership, any new ANYTHING....because when you started changing on the inside, your world starts changing in the outside too. The people change - your health changes - your choices change - your desires change - your emotions are better - your body works better - your satisfaction levels and ability to receive love and money and opportunities and acceptance grow...you become at one with peace and with love snd with following your heart felt instincts - and once you've felt THAT way of living, there is no going back to the hard, competitive, drink/drug/Ego filled rat-race...you WANT to live a life others don't understand, because finally (FINALLY) you understand yourself...and you realise, that's all that matters. #selfdevelopment #souldevelopment #theholisticcoach
