Tommy Heart left Fair Warning in the summer of 2000. Fair Warning wasn't very active and he wanted to form a band that would be more active.
As humans, our values are constantly changing.
I think it's natural that people's values change as they get older, and this is not just true for Tommy Heart and Fair Warning.
I think Tommy is very proactive because he can immediately take action on what he wants to do.
